The nation’s oldest child welfare organization discovered that throughout their 12 sites they were engaged with more than a dozen staffing and recruiting firms, most without the direct knowledge or oversight of Human Resources.

They looked to PRIDE to design a program that would ensure compliance, reduce risk and achieve uniform rates. This needed to be accomplished swiftly while maintaining staffing continuity. The PRIDE team was quickly able to vet existing vendors, design a rate card and implement a protocol including web-based applicant tracking and time capture.

The result was a 25% savings in staff augmentation spending, risk mitigation as well as freeing up valuable resources to focus on their fundamental responsibilities.
