A major employee retirement fund was looking for a new partner that could offer a higher level of customer service than their current provider. The population is extremely varied in skill and located throughout the country, some working remotely with extensive travel schedules.
The Payrollees include senior level retirement specialists, IT professionals, operations and administrative staff as well as high level executives. Pride dedicated Program Manager performs extensive discovery of existing program and identifies potential for improvement. This Pride PM initiates a step-by-step rollout including individually contacting each Payrollee, provide a process road map and hand hold each Payrollee thru the entire onboarding process. We streamlined expense report processing and review, time entry and approval as well as off-boarding at the end of the assignment. We work with the Client’s time entry and approval tools and provide weekly payroll for all W2 Payrollyees while managing withholdings and statutory costs.
The result was a seamless transition for the back office, a drastically improved experience for the Payrollee and maximized probability of Payrollee retention for the Client.
