For all our local contract positions, a minimum of 1 year of experience is required. In certain cases, specific facilities may have additional requirements, with some mandating 2+ years of experience.
If you travel from your permanent tax home to the assignment location, you will be classified as a local candidate. Individuals residing within a 50-mile radius are automatically categorized as local candidates.
Typically, the compliance process takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete in full. However, in some cases, we may have specific contracts that allow for a faster start, with the potential to get you initiated within 1-2 weeks after submitting your application.
Payment will be made on a weekly basis through direct deposit. For local contracts, the compensation structure is based solely on hourly rates. Local contracts do not qualify for additional allowances for travel or housing. However, we may be able to offer reimbursements for essential items such as licenses, certifications, scrubs, or other necessary requirements for the assignment. Your recruiter will provide more information based on your assignment.
